The company and this website

THE COFFEE CAT LLC, 133 E CONCORD ST, APT A, ORLANDO, 32801-133, FLORIDA. Email: info@thecoffeecatllc.com.

Registration identifier: L26000508466. The website introduces coffee and food service enquiries and provides a way to prepare a question. Browsing does not by itself create a paid service contract or establish a professional appointment.

From an enquiry to an agreement

A booking or food order requires express acceptance of the date, quantities, menu, price, payment, collection or delivery arrangements and any cancellation conditions. A prepared enquiry does not reserve a table or event. The postal address is a contact address and should not be assumed to be a walk-in café.

The composer validates and prepares text in your current page. You choose separately to copy it, download it or open an email application. You must review the draft and send it yourself if you want to use email. These preparation actions do not establish delivery, acceptance or a booking. Keep your own copy of any agreement reached later.

What must be agreed for this service

Menus, serving ideas, photographs and food descriptions are illustrative general information. They do not confirm current stock, opening hours, a booked event or that any item is suitable for an individual allergy or dietary requirement. Ingredients, substitutions and preparation arrangements must be confirmed for the actual order.

Confirm menu, quantities, allergens, date and fulfillment in the agreement for the actual transaction. Estimates and target dates depend on the stated assumptions. If important information changes, seek an updated written confirmation rather than relying on a previous general description.

Prices, changes and cancellations

A price on an individual written offer applies only to its stated scope and validity period. Applicable taxes, delivery or travel charges, payment dates and cancellation conditions must be disclosed before acceptance. An additional charge requires agreement; no general wording on this website authorizes an unagreed extra.

Contact the company promptly if you need to change or cancel an arrangement. Any lawful cancellation fee must follow the agreed terms and applicable law. These website terms do not remove statutory remedies for defective goods, inadequate services or misleading statements.

Your information and lawful use

State the general food or coffee enquiry and any proposed date. Do not include payment details. If an allergy affects your request, first ask for direct discussion of ingredients and preparation rather than sending a detailed medical history.

Provide accurate information, obtain authority before sharing another person’s details and do not use the website to send unlawful, abusive or malicious content. Do not interfere with the website or try to obtain access to systems or other visitors’ information. An enquiry does not transfer intellectual-property ownership; any permission needed for an engagement must be agreed expressly.

Website material and external links

The company and its licensors retain the rights they hold in website text, design and media. You may read, print or keep material for considering a lawful enquiry. Wider commercial republication needs permission from the relevant rights holder. This clause does not claim ownership of your message or rights belonging to another creator.

Illustrative photographs do not prove that a person is our employee or customer, or that a location, item or project belongs to the company. Third-party websites and mail applications have their own terms; follow links and review drafts according to your own choices.

Availability, concerns and responsibility

We aim to keep information useful and correct errors when identified. Website availability, email delivery and current availability of a service cannot be guaranteed merely by viewing a page. If information is important to your decision, ask for a confirmation specific to the proposed engagement.

Tell us promptly about a concern and include the relevant agreement, date and desired resolution, without unnecessary sensitive information. Responsibility for any loss depends on the agreement, the facts and applicable law. These terms do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, liability that cannot legally be excluded, or mandatory consumer rights. They impose no blanket liability cap and no compulsory arbitration or waiver of a legal remedy.

Applicable rules and updates

The business address is in Florida. Applicable United States federal and state law, including any mandatory protections associated with the customer or transaction, governs rights that cannot be displaced by these terms. This page does not impose an exclusive court, assume a particular consumer statute applies to everyone or remove the right to contact a regulator.

Changes apply to website use from the revised effective date. A revision does not silently change a service contract already agreed. A separate contract may contain more specific terms, subject to mandatory law.
