What do you need from us first?
The date, the place, the number of guests and roughly what you would like served.
Is a deposit required?
For larger bookings a deposit is set out in the quote; smaller orders are settled on invoice.
Can the menu change later?
Yes, up to the point where the order is confirmed and the beans are committed.
What if the guest count changes?
Tell the company as soon as you know; the quote is adjusted to the final number.
